This allsave.net accommodation comprises of a house with single rooms and sharing of bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. This place offers good value for students and workers all year and special offers of reduced rates to holiday tourist for the summer months. It is not a Bed and Breakfast accommodation but designed for self-catering longer term lodging of minimum one-month stay.
The monthly charge of €300.00 is cheap considering it covers accommodation rent, cost of water supply, heating costs, cost of lighting, garbage disposal, cost of the television, television licence, satellite channels and broadband internet 24/7. This payment system simplifies red tape regarding renting and allows the tenant to concentrate on their studies or work and to cohabitate with the other tenants on better terms. Allsave.net offers reduced cheap rent of rooms for the quiet summer months June to September. Foxhill House rents better value than most other acomodation around the University of Limerick
Deposit
A deposit of one months rent is payable in advance. This deposit is
held in order to cover any damages outside normal wear and tear. It
works as an incentive for the tenant to maintain the property in good
condition.
25% of the deposit is payable upon booking and the
remaining 75% is payable on the date of moving in. This is a refundable
deposit when leaving. This payment is also refundable within the first
week, if you are dissatisfied with your accommodation. After the first
week, if you terminate your contract prior to the agreed terminating
date, then your deposit will be non-refundable. If the contract is completed
successfully, your 100% deposit will be returned to you on your terminating
date.

Nightclub Dolan's
WarehouseMost of the pubs provide free admission whereas the nightclubs charge
around €15.00.
Taxi charges between the city centre and the accommodation vary from
€6.00 to €8.00.
The nearest pub is within a 5 minute walk.
Fine Wines off licence is located within 5 minutes from the accommodation
on the road from the University back to the accommodation. Allsave.net
is a nice place to stay.
The building is situated on a private site on the main road from the university leading into the city centre.
The Parkway Shopping Centre is 5-minutes walk for groceries, drapery, hardware, clothing and above all a take away and an off-licence.
A 200 seater restaurant and an Omniplex cinema are under construction beside this shopping centre.
A leisure club is located at the local Castletroy Hotel, 7-minutes walk.
At the University of Limerick, UL the facilities of a 50m swimming pool, gym, outdoor tracks and pitches are open to the public.
The concert hall at the University (15mins) hosts frequent famous musicians and theatrical plays. Tickets are on sale at the concert hall.
One can avail of the use of the immense library at the University of Limerick.
The near bus stops are located within 5-minutes. The buses go either
into the city centre or out towards the University. The standard charge
for both directions is €1.30. Normally the buses pass every 30

The national bus company organise various trips to scenic spots around

The train station is located 2 km from Foxhill House. Frequent trains
travel to locations such as Dublin and Cork. Further

1. How do I pay for
my accommodation?
1. Pay each month in advance.
The deposit is payable by paypal or euro bank
draft. Do not post foreign cheques due to high bank charges. Paying
rent by cash is preferred. Payment
choices.
2. What will be provided
in the accommodation?
2. Kitchen facilities are provided to prepare
your own meals.
A Seating area is provided to watch television.
Bedrooms are provided for sleeping and studying.
A shower and toilet are also provided.
3. Do I need to take
out insurance?
3. This is up to your-self, but insurance is not covered in the price.
To date nobody has suffered any loss on these premises. This Foxhill
House is a nice place to stay.
4. Who will I be sharing
with?
4. There are no criteria limiting who can apply for rooms.
However, if you have preferences, please make them known at the time
of application.
Normally there are, a mixture of both male and female, and of various
nationalities. We try not to put too many of any one nationality together
in order to encourage the various nationalities to experience one another.
5. Can I move into the
accommodation with my partner?
5. We can facilitate this requirement. Availability is limited.
Please specify at the time of application.
If a single room is booked, its use is only for a single person and
this agreement does not cover the overnight stay of additional friends
or guests.
6. Can I bring my pet?
6. Only if he / she can speak some English.
7. Can I bring my car?
7. Yes. Great parking. The best is the plentiful secure free parking
facilities. A bargain that beats all other special offers.
8. Can I view the accommodation?
8. Yes.

It is held on the premises at your own risk. As mentioned in answer 3 above, we have
had no problem with insurance as of yet.
10. Is Internet access
provided?
10. Yes, Adsl Broadband internet 24/7 is included in the rent. Supply
your own computer. Current connection uptime is at 98%. This service
is provided free, so if you do not wish to use it as much as other students
there is no reduction for non use.
11. Is smoking allowed?
11. Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
12. What bedclothes
should I bring?
12. The bed (standard single) measures 915mm x 1830mm (3 foot by 6 foot).
You will need an under sheet, fitted mattress sheet, 1 or 2 pillows,
1 or 2 pillow
covers, a quilt and a quilt cover.
13. A towel and all personal hygiene items.
All of your clothing.
Alarm clock.
Radio with headphones.
Photographs of family and friends, to make your accommodation more homely.
14. Is there a telephone?
14. No. There is no fixed line.
Most tenants have or hire a mobile phone.
15. Is there a waiting
list for the rooms?
15. Rooms are pre-booked on a first come (with deposit) first serve
basis.

20. If the room is empty, you are welcome to move in, but you will have
to pay for the extra days.

We will store it for you. You may ship your luggage to our address.

room in advance of paying fees?
22. Yes, but you will have one week to forward a 25% deposit to ensure
continued reservation. You should post your cheque to the address at
the top of the page.
You may send your deposit by paypal or bank draft but not a personal
cheque.

like and what clothing is recommended? 
26. The weather in Ireland is very changeable but not extreme. Some
rain can be expected most days. Some visitors say that we get the four

27. Describe the bedroom?
27. The furniture consists of a single bed 3 foot x 6 foot (915mm x
1830mm). A study table and chair for peaceful study. A bookshelf. A
wardrobe and a bedside locker. Heating is by electric storage heater,
2.2kW, the cost of which is fully covered by the rent, and better still
you control the heat. The warmth is an outstanding plus for this accommodation.
The size of the room is approximately 2404mm x 3606mm (12 feet x 8 feet).
